Your candidate application process is the first experience any potential employees have of your business, it is important to have a great start. This process features on our list of 25 processes every business needs.

Even if a candidate is unsuccessful, how you handle rejection and feedback can shape their view of your company.

Use this template as a starting point and add/delete steps to make it your own.

This Digital Forms based template includes;

First the form captures information and creates a beSlick task once submitted. Tasks are automatically assigned to HR, who reviews and can invite to psychometric testing.

On completion, HR assigns who will complete 1st and 2nd round interviews, who then also receive their relevant task. If rejected at any stage, beSlick will prompt for candidate feedback.

For successful candidates, there are following steps to agree the role and finalise the job offer.
