As each CV/application is received, populate the attached spreadsheet to keep track of each candidates progress.

4Send application form

Reply to each candidate as you receive their interest in the job vacancy, asking them to complete and return the application form.

5Set up the agreed assessment for candidates to complete

5.1Reply to candidates notifying them of the assessment

Reply to each candidate as you receive their application form, notifying them that you have set up an assessment for them to complete.

6Review candidates with hiring manager (once job advert is closed)

Review the populated candidate matrix and filter on the applicants who have completed all your requirements.
Review each filtered candidates:
– CV
– application form
– assessment result
Decide who you will take forward to the next stage and who you will reject.

6.1Reject unsuccessful candidates

Mark the rejected candidates on your candidate matrix and notify them of your decision, either via the recruitment agency or directly.

6.2Invite successful candidates for an interview
